Now we have a full production line equipment, for instance, circular vibrating screen, vibrating screen, sand washing machine and other products.So we will talk about how to install correctly and what need to prep   at common condition.

Firstly, using 500-volt megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance.

Secondly, checking whether motor rating plate consistent with the requirements or not.

Thirdly, checking the fasteners of motor to avoid loosening.

Then, checking motor surface, if anything is damaged and deformed.

Next, checking whether flexible or not, if unusual, should be excluded.

Finally, checking the power and operating under no-load for 5 minutes.
